10% of collected rent
Day-to-day operations: rent collection, tenant communication, maintenance coordination, lease enforcement, and vendor management.
50% of first month's rent, one-time
Marketing, tenant screening, application processing, and move-in coordination. Charged after an approved tenant signs and provides move-in funds.
